Quick room service. Pool area is nice. Gazebo Restaurant, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel.
No issues.

Room service was prety good.
The fact that the window blanckets does not block fully the sun, we had to waike up with the sun raise, and could not sleep after!

This hotel is an absolute gem! the service provided was impeccable and I felt like a VIP during my entire stay. the private facilities offered were truly luxurious and contributed to my overall sense of relaxation. the location was convenient and provided easy access to all the major attractions.
The view from my room wasn't great - it overlooked a construction site. this was a minor issue that didn't detract from the fantastic experience I had at this hotel.

Friendly staff and very good service and the facilities is around.
Its not seems to be a 5 stars hotel we can rate it 3 stars hotel 1. Very old furniture it should be change. 2. TV is very old they should change it. 3. I booked a room with request for lagoon view but they don’t offer that request for me. 4. They give me a connect room which is crowded most the time. 5. I try to call the hotel 10 times in different time but they didn’t pick up the phone. 6. Location is very complicated. 7. The parking is very small and connects with E max centre which is far from the hotel elevator you have to walk up and down to reach your car!!!
